What is Podcasting

Podcasting allows you to receive audio/video files over the Internet by using feeds to deliver the audio/video broadcasts directly to your desktop. You can listen to/watch the files on your computer or load them on your MP3/MP4 player and take them with you.

How do I add the Podcast feed?

All you need is a podcatcher to get started (we suggest Juice). After installing, all you have to do is add our podcast feed to your podcatcher by copying the link below. It will then automatically check for updates and download new podcasts to your computer.
