AACHEN (GERMANY), August 15, 2014 – At Chillventa 2014 Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) will present its different product brands Copeland™, Alco Controls™ and Dixell™ as well as product brands from Emerson Industrial Automation reflecting the current market trends and challenges.
Introducing its latest product developments Emerson stays abreast of the upcoming challenges such as the F-Gas Regulation, the Ecodesign Directive, as well as the market requirements for natural and low GWP refrigerants, energy efficiency improvements and sustainable performance driven by the general demand for return on investment.
With solutions for R744, R290 and low GWP refrigerants combining Copeland, Alco and Dixell products, with modulation technology as well as the CoreSense™ intelligent electronics technology for semi-hermetic and scroll compressors, Emerson addresses all these challenges and answers questions such as
- What regulations and directives are relevant for the different refrigeration and comfort applications and what is the ideal system configuration to achieve the required objectives?
- What refrigerants make the perfect choice for the different refrigeration and comfort applications?
- How can intelligent electronic solutions help to keep systems running efficiently with maintenance and applied cost low?
Leveraging these trendsetting topics, Emerson Climate Technologies will show multiple product offerings for refrigeration and comfort applications:
For refrigeration the new Copeland Scroll™ Summit series for low temperature applications will be introduced as well as a multitude of new scroll models - with standard and digital technology. Furthermore the new Copeland Stream CO2 compressors for medium temperature transcritical as well as for low temperature subcritical applications will be shown.
For comfort, complete solutions from fixed to variable speed Copeland Scroll compressors along with intelligent Emerson controllers for commercial and residential applications will be exhibited - highlighted by the integrated solution Refrigerant Module Heating (RMH) for residential heat pump applications. The presentation of the largest scroll on the market and an enlarged range of variable speed compressors complete the offering for premium commercial applications.
All these products and solutions can be seen and experienced at Chillventa from 14 to 16 October on the Emerson Climate Technologies booth no 317/319/417 in hall 05.
