He is the co-inventor and patent holder for the capacity modulation system on the Copeland Discus compressors.

Matthew Neidlinger played a lead role in bringing Emerson’s CoreSense® diagnostic technologies to the HVAC market, developing compressor electronic strategies and products. Prior to joining Emerson, Neidlinger spent seven years at Intel Corporation.
