Vilter refrigeration systems are used to cool ovens employed in IC chip and electronic package production. Typically, a glycol solution is chilled to -10° F (-23° C) and passed into a chip oven for controlled cool-down procedures. Precise control of temperature and timing are critical in this application.

Vilter's long experience with precise control of refrigeration systems is critical to success in micro-electronic processing. We can work closely with you and your other equipment vendors to custom design temperature control systems that will meet the exact needs of your particular process.
