This paper is intended to raise awareness of industry-changing state and federal energy regulations while also offering solutions for energy-saving challenges.
By taking a comprehensive look at the latest state and federal regulations and ENERGY STAR policies for commercial refrigeration applications, the Status of Energy Regulations for Commercial Refrigeration Equipment white paper offers a new, updated energy-saving resource for the industry. It provides a concise, yet detailed, overview of relevant effective dates of energy-consumption standards for reach-ins, walk-ins, ice machines and display cases, as well as an overview of available incentives. It also offers a variety of energy-efficient solutions for the commercial refrigeration industry, including compressors, condensing units, evaporator- and condenser-fan motors, thermal expansion valves and service options.
