Warranty Information

Now, you can review warranties from the full line of Copeland brand products. Other Emerson Climate Technologies divisions and products will be available here in the near future, so check back often.

Emerson Climate Technologies, Inc. policy is to replace all returns. An option is available to those wholesalers purchasing advance replacement compressors. If a wholesaler has taken advantage of the Advance Replacement Program, credit for return compressors will be issued.

Returns will only be accepted from Copeland wholesaler locations. Products received from any other source will be refused when presented by the delivering carrier. If compressors or components not from Copeland products are returned, they will be returned to the shipper at his expense.

Returned compressors or parts are subject to inspection to determine cause of failure. Emerson Climate Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to handle any item on an out-of-warranty basis if Emerson Climate Technologies, Inc. determines the returned product operates normally or the product failed because of misuse or abuse.
