We recently had two classes here at our shop; the first was part two of the TXV training, and the second was a compressor tear down class. My technicians enjoyed both classes; they found them both interesting and beneficial. These types of classes not only help our technicians become masters of the trade, but it also helps us better serve our customers. We really appreciate Emerson working to put these together and allowing us the opportunity to participate!

I also wanted to compliment you on your sales rep. His presentation was very good and he did a great job at keeping the guy's interested, which can be a challenge after they have put in a 10+ hour day. He was able to answer all questions asked and explain in a way that the junior techs could understand.

By employing dedicated employees and devoting time and resources to training, you are building solid relationships with your customers and strengthening the confidence in the Emerson product line. I know that TWC (Tampa) look forward to working with Emerson’s people and its products in future.
