Ricky Tumlinson, service manager and one of the owners of SourceOne Commercial Services, loves a challenge. SourceOne Commercial Services, located in Austin, Texas, operates a fleet of 23 trucks and prides itself on providing quick response time and very efficient service calls that get the job done right, on time, the first time.

The commercial HVACR contractor offers a wide range of capabilities to its commercial customers that include restaurants, office buildings, retail facilities, apartment buildings, health care facilities, schools and industrial facilities. "We had a customer that had a system that was so polluted with moisture and contaminants that everyone that had looked at it was convinced it could not be fixed. We installed Emerson's EK Filter Drier and to make a long story short, the system was eventually up and running and as clean as a whistle."

Tumlinson also sites his relationship with Phil Hickman, Emerson Climate Technologies district manager-contractor support, as another reason he holds Emerson Climate Technologies in high regard.

"Phil is great. He's always there when I need him," said Tumlinson. "If I have a question, he will make sure I get an answer. If I need a particular number of certain parts, he will make sure my suppliers stock them. You couldn't ask for a better relationship."
