Duffee points out that Greg Billups, Emerson Climate Technologies district manager contractor support, is very accessible and willing to provide input and answer any questions his service technicians may have. Billups even works closely with Duffee to make sure his technicians have adequate training to meet the needs of their customers. He regularly visits the shop and assists with or leads training sessions that focus on troubleshooting and maintenance issues.
