"In the late 1970s, shortly after Eck Refrigeration was founded, we were having difficulties with the refrigeration rack at a jobsite. The rack had multiple cracks in the discharge line," said Bob Eck, president of Eck Refrigeration.

"Upon request, an Emerson Climate Technologies representative came to the site and helped us solve the problem even though it had nothing to do with the compressors."

Thus began, according to Eck, a relationship that has continued to grow over the years.

Eck Refrigeration started in 1977 and currently operates seven service trucks. The Sidney, Ohio based commercial refrigeration contractor provides installation and service for commercial and industrial clients in the areas of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and system controls. Through the years, Eck Refrigeration has relied on Emerson Climate Technologies to provide quality products and service that they know and trust.

Eck uses Copeland compressors, as well as Emerson Climate Technologies solenoid valves and motors, and believes that the products are the most reliable in the industry. The company's client base ranges from hospitals, schools, churches, convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores, industrial plants and office buildings.
