freshmen, sophomores or juniors

Full time students who are currently working toward a four-year
program

Cumulative OR
major GPA minimum of 3.0

Ability to work full-time while at Emerson Climate Technologies,
Inc.

Strong leadership, communication, and PC skills

Willingness to learn

Ability to work at least three quarters or two semesters (at
least one of which should be a non-summer term)
