EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN HVACR SALES ORGANIZATION

Moves will Strengthen Customer Relationships and Focus for Emerson Climate Technologies, White-Rodgers and Flow Controls Divisions

ST. LOUIS, August 20, 2008 – Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson (NYSE:EMR), today announced changes in key sales positions within its White-Rodgers and Flow Controls divisions. 

Bill Shockley is being promoted to vice president, sales and marketing for Emerson Climate Technologies, Flow Controls division. Prior to this promotion, Shockley was the vice president of HVAC and Appliance OEM sales for Emerson Climate Technologies, White-Rodgers division.

Matt Keithly is being promoted to vice president, OEM sales for Emerson Climate Technologies, White-Rodgers division and will now have overall responsibility for Water Heater, HVAC and Appliance OEM sales.

These changes were recently announced by Mark Bulanda, president of Emerson Climate Technologies, White-Rodgers division. “We are fortunate to have industry-seasoned people like Bill and Matt within our organizations,” said Bulanda. “They are making a great effort to take on expanded roles that will enhance and strengthen our customer relationships as we continue to introduce new products and services to the HVACR and appliance markets.”
