– Today Emerson Climate
Technologies, a business of Emerson
(NYSE: EMR), introduced its new
Copeland® Narrow
Copevap® Condensing Unit for high-,
medium- and low-temperature
refrigeration applications. With
the same trusted durability and
reliability found in the original
line of self-contained Copevap
condensing units, this new line
offers a narrow 8.25” wide base for
greater OEM design flexibility,
versatile usage in space-limited
applications and faster field
service replacement.
Besides its compact nature, the
Copeland Narrow Copevap condensing
unit also offers many additional
features for both the OEM and
end-user, including a compact
condenser coil and molded plastic
shroud for durability and airflow
across the entire coil face. The new
condensing unit is rated for usage
in operating conditions up to 100
degrees Fahrenheit, offering
performance reliability in even in
the most demanding applications. Its
high efficiency compressors also
allow for lower end-user utility
expenses and the unit’s larger
condensate holding volume handles
more condensate from defrost cycles,
eliminating potential over-spills in
retail settings.
