R-410A COMPRESSORS REACH FIVE
MILLION UNITS MILESTONE

– Emerson Climate Technologies, a

announced that it has shipped its
five-millionth Copeland Scroll®
compressor designed and optimized for
use with the environmentally friendly
HFC refrigerant R-410A.
“With less than two years remaining
before the 2010 deadline for phasing out
the use of HCFC refrigerants in new U.S.
equipment, Emerson Climate Technologies
proudly offers the industry’s broadest
lineup of R-410A products,” said Scott
