EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES RECOGNIZES ITS AUTHORIZED WHOLESALERS FOR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE IN 2004
ST. LOUIS, January 10, 2005 – Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) recently honored its top-performing Copeland authorized wholesalers with 2004 sales awards. The company presented the awards at its National Wholesaler Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The theme for this year’s conference, “Power Up,” made reference to the opportunity for wholesalers, with help from industry partners like Emerson Climate Technologies, to power their businesses with new tools and programs. The conference highlighted Emerson Climate Technologies’ increased focus on new technologies, new market opportunities and new ways for Authorized Wholesalers to merchandise a complete line of Emerson products.
“It is very rewarding for us to recognize our wholesalers each year, particularly when they continue to achieve exceptional results,” said Mark Gibson, vice president and general manager of Distribution Services, a part of the Emerson Climate Technologies business group. “These wholesalers are a vital part of Emerson Climate Technologies’ business, not only through their dedication to marketing our products and services, but also through their commitment to customer satisfaction.”
