a. In addition to compressor basic protection like motor and oil protection, CoreSense Diagnostics provides advanced motor protection features such as locked rotor, single phasing, discharge temperature, low voltage and voltage imbalance protection. It ensures that the compressor is protected in a better way to reduce the compressor failures
b. CoreSense technology offers diagnostics features like failure and alarm history, compressor running status information (ex: number of compressor run hours without good oil pressure, number of cycles) which are useful for the service technician to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.
c. CoreSense Diagnostics provides operating parameters like power consumption of compressor, voltage and current values.
d. CoreSense provides Modbus Communication for the remote access of compressor information (failure alarm information, compressor running status information, operating parameters like compressor power consumption). 2 LEDs on the CoreSense module display the alarms directly on the compressor itself.
e. Also it provides features like crankcase heater control that reduce applied costs.
