Emerson’s Multiflex RCB-P board offers all the same control benefits of the Multiflex RCB plus an advanced algorithm for reduced energy consumption. The RCB-P pulses heating and cooling stages based on supply air temperature, which minimizes on and off times to prevent rapid cycling and compressor burn-out. The board also offers:
- Built-in safety fail-safes to protect unit operation in the case of a supply temperature sensor failure
- Integration with Emerson’s E2 supervisory controller for configuration of pulse operation mode on up to four heating and/or cooling stages, status monitoring and tracking of user-based logs for up to 64 boards
